Food of any kind (including canned goods), Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

Your gate code will allow access from 7AM – 7PM every day. Please be sure you leave the property no later than 7PM. We make sure the buildings are vacant and lock the doors at that time.

There is a one-time $15 (plus tax) administration fee for any unit rental. Payment for the first month’s rent and the administration fee will be needed.
For drive-up units and outside storage, extended hours are available for the purposes of active loading and unloading. A fee will be applied for the extra access.
The ceiling height of first-floor units is approximately 9.5 feet. The heights of upper-floor units vary and are approximately 10 – 12 feet.
Yes, we have a large assortment of boxes and packing supplies.
We have several trucks for rent. Pricing, availability, and reservations are available online.
There are stairs to access upper-floor units. Cargo elevators are available for moving your items to the upper floor. We provide industrial utility carts to help you move items from your vehicle to your storage unit. Wide aisles and large doors make interior access convenient.
No. The property is only for storage with active loading and unloading. Preventing other activities and loitering helps us maintain accessibility and security.
We do not accept shipments, so you will need to coordinate any deliveries and be present if you need to have items delivered to your unit.
Roof fans supply filtered air to the interiors and the buildings are insulated. The air is dry, but it is not cooled.
Your items are not insured unless you choose to insure them.

This insurance is for any of our storage units that you secure with a lock, but it is not available for outside storage spaces (exterior car and boat storage).
